1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RevPapa website, product, and related services (together, “RevPapa”). By accessing or using RevPapa, you agree to these Terms. If you use RevPapa for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. A signed order form, proposal, statement of work, or other agreement with RevPapa (an “Order”) may include additional terms. If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order controls for that conflict.

2. What RevPapa Does

RevPapa is designed to help founders and sales teams identify, research, prioritize, and engage the right business customers. RevPapa may provide market and company research, professional-contact data, enrichment, prioritization, sales context, recommendations, and workflow tools.

3. Accounts and Use

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access by your users.

You may use RevPapa only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Break the law, facilitate fraud, deceive or harass others, or violate another person's rights.
  • Send unlawful communications or ignore applicable consent, identification, opt-out, or suppression requirements.
  • Interfere with RevPapa, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, probe vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or use RevPapa to build a competing product, except where applicable law does not allow the restriction.

4. Customer Data and Research

You are responsible for the information and instructions you provide and for having the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed for RevPapa to process them. You are also responsible for how you use information and outputs provided through RevPapa and for complying with laws that apply to your outreach and other activities.

RevPapa may use customer-provided information, public sources, company websites, professional profiles, directories, and lawful data providers. Business information changes frequently and may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or out of date. You should verify material information before acting on it.

5. Outputs and Results

RevPapa may provide company and contact research, scores, classifications, summaries, context, recommendations, and other automated outputs. These outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate and should be reviewed before they are used for outreach or material business decisions.

RevPapa does not guarantee leads, replies, meetings, customers, revenue, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, timing, messaging, and execution.

6. Fees and Termination

Fees, billing, taxes, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and included outputs will be disclosed at purchase or in an Order. You authorize RevPapa and its payment providers to charge the approved payment method for amounts due.

You may stop using RevPapa, subject to any obligations in an Order. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, a violation of these Terms, or a security or legal risk. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant RevPapa the rights needed to host, copy, process, analyze, transmit, and display them to operate, secure, support, and improve RevPapa. An Order may provide different ownership terms for specific outputs.

RevPapa and its licensors retain all rights in the website, product, software, branding, documentation, methods, workflows, and other proprietary materials. We may use usage data and aggregated or de-identified information to operate and improve RevPapa.

Each party will use the other's non-public business, customer, product, security, and technical information only for the relationship, protect it with reasonable care, and share it only with people who need it and are subject to appropriate confidentiality duties. A separate confidentiality agreement controls if it is more specific.

8. Third-Party Services

RevPapa may rely on or connect to third-party products, platforms, data sources, and service providers. Those third parties have their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for their products, outages, changes, data accuracy, or handling of information outside RevPapa.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevPapa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevPapa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data. Any monetary liability is subject to a cap in an applicable Order or signed agreement; if none is stated, it will be determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity and Disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify RevPapa and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of RevPapa, your customer data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct discussion unless urgent relief is needed. An Order may specify governing law, forum, or other dispute procedures. Otherwise, those questions will be determined under applicable law.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter a signed Order unless the parties agree in writing.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to RevPapa through our booking page.
